From the Advisors’ Perspective: Working with financial and legal professionals to unleash philanthropy

This panel discussion moderated by Kevin Smith-Fagan will explore philanthropy from the advisors’ viewpoint. As gatekeepers for the larger, more complicated forms of giving, advisors can be a critical part of the charitable transaction.  However, nonprofit professionals are rarely at the table when these conversations take place. What is the appropriate role for the nonprofit in these conversations? How can we ensure that our part of the transaction is meaningful for the donor and seamless for the advisor?  These and other questions will be explored in an engaging panel discussion designed to help you advance your relationships with advisors and make your nonprofit more attractive for planned gifts.
