Platten the Curve - to-go kits!

Missing your German favorites? We're putting together some choices for to-go kits you can finish at home and enjoy including delicious pretzels, brats, sauerbraten and more along with your favorite beer or specialty cocktail. Pre-order what you like between Friday, April 17 and Wednesday, April 22 at 9 p.m., pick it up during the designated times on Friday, April 24 and Saturday, April 25 and enjoy at your leisure!

Full menu is below, click order now to place your pre-order and pick up in the Biergarten on Friday, April 24 between 4 and 8 p.m. or Saturday, April 25 between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Once you place your pre-order, you will receive an email with instructions for safe pick up of your order. If you live in Franklin Square, contactless delivery is also available to your front steps on Thursday, April 23. Please make sure to fill out that section when you pre-order. All orders must be paid by credit card, prices include tax and small service charge for online ordering.

Please note that these are not hot meals, they are mostly cooked with instructions for finishing at home to preserve the quality of our food. You will need to finish by reheating, grilling and/or putting together the components of the dish. Complete instructions will be provided.

10 oz. Bavarian pretzel $12, add warm craft beer cheese $15

German fries - french fries topped with shredded sauerbraten, gravy and melted Gruyere cheese  $12

Little Bavarians (8) - mini pretzel slider rolls, sliced brats, Swiss cheese and bacon $18.50

Bauerntoast - sliced roast pork on rye bread with creamy mushroom sauce, crispy onions & pecanwood smoked bacon $14

Buffalo wings (one dozen) - served mild (dry), medium (hot sauce) or hot (extra hot sauce) with bleu cheese dipping sauce & veggies $16.50

Rheinischer sauerbraten - braised beef in a sweet & tangy gravy served with potato dumplings & red cabbage $28.50

Bratwurst - its mild flavor and texture come from a mixture of finely chopped pork seasoned with nutmeg, mace & various other spices, served with sauerkraut & German potato salad $17.50

Knackwurst - a snappy, short & plump sausage made from finely chopped pork & veal, highly seasoned, served with sauerkraut & German potato salad $17.50

Käsespätzle - tasty homemade German spaetzle tossed with bacon, onions & Gruyere cheese, then baked $12

Bavarian wurst sampler - bratwurst, knackwurst, krainerwurst & jalapeño cheddar bratwurst served with sauerkraut & homemade German potato salad $28.50

Brat burger - bratwurst, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese & pecanwood smoked bacon on a pretzel bun, served with french fries $15

Hungarian goulash with spätzle - this classic hearty soup is loaded with beef, potatoes & peppers with the added bonus of spaetzle $10.50

Apfel strudel - flaky pastry layers with apples, cinnamon, butter & sugar $8.50

Growler of beer + free mini boot (choice of Krombacher Hell, Pilsner or Dunkel; Paulaner Munich Lager, Oktoberfest, Hefeweiss or Salvator; Schöfferhofer Grapefruit or Greenport IPA $28.50 

Beer sangria - Schöfferhofer, triple sec, peach, pear and apple schnapps, orange juice, pineapple juice with a shot of mandarin $13

Loaded dunkel - add a shot of Stroh Spiced Rum to your .5-liter glass of Kromacher Dunkel $12

Strongbow punch - a punch with a German twist - cherry, pear and apple brandy, flavored with orange juice and Peach Blossom, served over ice and topped with Strongbow Cider $13

Roll of toilet paper - Since you're going out anyway, might as well stock up! We managed to track down a supply and of course are willing to share with you guys. $1.25
