Online Teaching with Khen Rinpoche:

Taking Happiness & Suffering on the Path

April 19 & 26, 2020 at 9-11 am and 3-5 pm MST

Khen Rinpoche will be teaching a live webinar from the Garden of One Thousand Buddhas from this indispensable mind training text written by the great Buddhist teacher Dodrupchen Jigme Tenpe Nyima on taking happiness and suffering on the spiritual path. These instructions give detailed advice on how to use any type of suffering and difficulties that we encounter in our lives and use those experiences to attain wisdom and even joy. We will learn how to use anxiety, depression, illness, irritation and all different types of difficulties not as problems but as beneficial opportunities in letting us see the nature of the minds way of perceiving. Through this profound training we will be more peaceful, more flexible, confident, content, easier to get along with and be able to take on any negative circumstance to our advantage bringing glory and success. We will in addition learn how to use our happiness and positive experiences as a spiritual practice for the benefit of others. These two Sunday teachings are an incomparable journey into how to discover a life of happiness, ease and bliss no matter what the circumstances are.
