Attend Via Zoom: Are You Ready to Re-Launch your business? Assess, Plan, Rebuild - 04/29/2020 - $30 - C0206

As we navigate the COVID-19 crisis as a small business owner, it is crucial to keep looking forward.  We know this setback is temporary, but will leave lasting results and how we conduct business will be forever changed.  The first step in re-launching needs to be an assessment of where you are at in the crisis.  Then, we need to develop a plan and execute a re-launch.  This workshop is designed to help you begin this ongoing process.

During the workshop you will receive a Disaster Planning worksheet and a guide to a mid-Disaster check-in, including a checklist for your financials and the risks you still face.

We will also discuss how to plan for a return to ‘normal’, including what a new normal may look like. As we talk about re-launch, our discussion will include:

-       A re-hiring process, who you will take back and who you will not

-       An employee training plan for the new business environment

-       A step by step plan for re-launching your business post COVID-19

Your Workshop presenter -- Reanna Werner, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Reanna is an innovator who is ready to bring professional HR to small business.  Over her 20+-year human resources and recruiting career, she has had the unique ability to experience many markets and industries through the “HR eye”.  The demand for easy to access HR services for small businesses became prevalent when her husband opened up his CPA firm; he was constantly asked HR questions by his small business clients and they quickly realized that small businesses have been left behind in the world of HR.  As the owner of HR Branches, Reanna has made it her life's work to help small businesses with their people and employment practices.
