Carlos Sierra

HOLA Chicago Lead @Linkedin
Originally from Guanajuato, Mexico, Carlos Sierra moved to the United states with his parents at the age of 5. Their goal was to ensure Carlos and his sister had access to education and endless economic opportunities. By seeing his parents strenuous work in factories, Carlos set out to make the most out of even the smallest opportunities. He went on to become the first in his family to graduate from college, earn his bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and is currently working as a Sales Development Representative at LinkedIn. His fire and drive to inspire the Latinx community to be courageous has led him to co-lead HOLA (Hispanics of LinkedIn Alliance).
