ECM Education Series - Client Management Part 2 

This practical and experiential course builds on the content covered in ‘Client Management Part 1’ and reaches deeper into building and managing client relationships. Using a combination of individual reflection, paired and group discussion, role play and case analysis, you will:

• Build a solid foundation for working successfully with entrepreneurial clients
• Learn more about the Entrepreneurial Decision-Making Cycle
• Discover how to plan for and structure client meetings for maximum effectiveness
• Build self-awareness as someone who supports entrepreneurs and small businesses
• Explore and discuss the ethics of working with clients in a business development context
• Practice successful verbal and non-verbal communication strategies
• Learn techniques for long-term client relationship management
• Build a personal toolbox of techniques for dealing with sticky situations you might encounter when working with clients

Client Management Part 2 is perfect for early-career business development professionals who wish to enhance their client relationship support skills, or for professionals at any point in their career who would like to return to basics or who have specific client relationship challenges.

Online cost: $250.00 per person and $225.00 for each additional participant from the same organization.

Payment Method:  Invoices will be emailed a week prior to the date of the course and can be paid by check or credit card.

 Four hours + two-hour self-directed assignment to receive a certificate of completion.
