Nadiya Merchant is a seasoned mediator, trainer and a conflict coach at www.onpointmediation.com. She has 30+ years of experience in Human Resource management, Conflict resolution, Training, IT, and organizational development. She has served clients in U.S, Canada, and India.
Nadiya has dual MBA from Georgia State University (Commercial Diplomacy and Executive Business Leadership) and Sorbonne Graduate Business school (Business Organization and Management) from Paris, France. She has a Bachelors degree in computer science from York University in Toronto, Canada. Nadiya has worked for Cap Gemini America and IBM as an IT Consultant/Trainer.
After 10 years of working with Corporate America, Nadiya has managed to run two very successful businesses: an IT consulting company and a web design firm. Currently Nadiya successfully runs a mediation and training practice www.onpointmediation.com.
Nadiya operates with high standards of ethics and has served as a Chair/Workshop Chair/Treasurer for SBA/SCORE Atlanta. She has volunteered for the American Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity, Hands on Atlanta, and the Junior Achievement Program.
