I have over 36 years of experience working in several 3M divisions and functional teams. Over my career, I have worked in internal auditing (finance), business development (new product marketing), strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, venture and partner management, and I reported to the executive VP as the strategy and business development director for 3M's Electronics and Energy business group. I have worked on global projects within multiple markets, have collaborated across mutliple cross functional teams, and I have tackled business growth challenges across both product and service arenas. My career has been a balance of planning and execution jobs that help me understand end to end commercialization challenges.
