The weeks and months ahead will bring new challenges to employers who have already been greatly affected by the Coronavirus crisis. To help your organization better anticipate, understand and handle the reopening of the economy, Tucker Arensberg’s Labor & Employment Group is presenting a 3-part series of webinars.

Each session will provide up-to-the minute updates on the issues that affect employers, such as:

Preparing a workplace for reopening in accordance with the recommendations of the CDC, OSHA, EEOC, the department of health and other public health entities;
Calling back employees who have been furloughed or laid off;
Addressing the concerns of employees who are wary of returning;
Handling employees’ requests for leave (such as emergency paid sick leave or expanded FMLA under the FFRCA) or accommodations;
Considering how staffing and pay decisions should be made to maximize PPP loan forgiveness; and
Understanding unemployment compensation issues
