About the presenters:

 

      

Jaime Orendac, SPHR-CA, SHRM-SCP, is founder of MyOHR, LLC, and has been a human resources consultant for over 20 years  working for Silicon Valley companies such as IBM, Elantec, and Cisco Systems. Her corporate generalist background includes responsibilities for employment, employee relations, benefits, compensation, company policies and procedures and Federal/State regulation compliance. Jaime's specialties are legal compliance, infrastructure systems, staffing support, training solutions, development and delivery, and optimizing human capital. 

Adrianna Gutierrez, MSc, is a human resources consultant at MyOHR, LLC. Adrianna has gathered valuable experiences in the field of human resources management while working for global players such as Randstad US, Insignia Group United Kingdom, and has been with MyOhr since 2019. Adrianna was awarded in April 2019 the "Outstanding Rhetoric and Leadership Major Graduate Award", and has a passion for excellence in education and leadership.
