Please join us on Thursday, May 21st for our webinar, Thoughtful Job Starts: Approaches to Increase Predictability and Success" with Dan Rutten. 

As the saying goes, hindsight is often 20/20. Looking at our past successes and challenges through the lens of how they can influence our future engagements can be powerful in shaping how we move forward. Good news! In this session we’ll use our hindsight as a resource for your foresight. Here, we will focusing on supporting teams to be ready for their next job start: Looking at our roles, considering support needs and strategies before the job starts, preparing the team, and possible tools, we will explore how thoughtful preparedness can create predictability in the unpredictable world that is a new job start.

 

Learning Objectives (Info, tools, and skills attendees will receive):

  • How being thoughtful and planful can impact job starts
  • Establishing clear roles within the team
  • Utilizing focused discovery approaches to ensure the team has the information they need to support each other
  • Tips to prepare the full team for a job start
  • Tools and strategies to help create clarity and success from the start

 

*Please note: Wise maintains registration and attendance records for our events and training programs. Attendees that fully participate in events and/or complete training programs will receive a certificate to document  full participation as back up for billing purposes.  Wise is required to monitor participation in our courses and provide reports to our funding sources so that they may utilize these records in the course of their audits of programs. These reports may include actual time spent by attendee name, event/training title, county and state. Reports are provided to ensure there is documented proof of the appropriate use of government funds for the purposes of professional development.
