We have fish tacos with avocado crema, pork tenderloin w/maple-mustard glaze, sweet potato and black bean tacos (vegetarian),idea courtesy of Coby Powell. Sweet and spicy not too spicy stuffed poblano peppers. Israeli couscous salad, tuscan veggies, broccoli salad, potato leek soup, mixed green salad.
