DDA Statewide Nurses Meetings - June 3, 2020

Please join the Regional Nurses for a statewide nurses meeting on Wednesday, June 3, 2020 from 10A - 1P.  Attendance is via online webinar.  Attendance will meet the obligation of attending 1 of 2 statewide nurses meetings for fiscal year 2020. 

The Regional Nurse will provide you with an update of information pertinent to your practice. 

Additionally, because we recognize the stress you have been under as you support individuals during this pandemic, Adrienne Hollimon, RN DON will present “De-stress: The Body Keeps Score.”  Though we often say “I am so stressed”, we seldom realize the impact of what we are saying.  Stress not only affects you emotionally, it negatively impacts your physical body. This webinar will address the effects of stress on the body and strategies for managing and releasing it for optimal health.
