TISS is proud to welcome Andrew Vail to the Duke community where he will serve for the next two years as DNI-representative-in-residence. Over the course of a forty-year career, Mr. Vail has worked with every element of the Intelligence Community (IC) in a variety of positions with the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). The discussion will be moderated by  TISS Deputy Director, Kyle Beardsley.
