GROW Yourself, GROW Your People

In this 2-hour webinar session, we’ll investigate several ways to strengthen your feedback giving and receiving capabilities, no matter what your role, through the GROW coaching framework, as well as learn to leverage the power of 1:1s for professional growth and development. Whether you’re a new or seasoned manager, you’ll be inspired to recognize the opportunity you have to mindfully grow those on your team.

Who should attend? Anyone in a role managing people or interested in moving into a role managing people, and those who want to learn how to take the reins of their own professional development.
