About Debbie...
“I was startling to discover that I was the one most in my way of achieving what I wanted in my career”
After years in corporate America, I hit the wall. I was so stuck, frustrated, and miserable in my job and couldn’t figure out what would make me feel otherwise. I didn’t feel that I was providing value, I knew that there was something more for me but had no idea what. I was unmotivated, unengaged, and unhappy.
It would be a few years later that I discovered how my thinking and attitude was keeping me in this awful place and what I could do about it. I got clarity of direction in my career, and shifted long held beliefs to propel me forward with more focus and momentum to get the results that I wanted. I also discovered that I wasn’t the only one. I knew if I could do this, then so could others, if they choose and it has become my mission to pay it forward.
- Debbie is a certified Trainer of NLP at the Master Practitioner level through the Association of Integrative Psychology
- In the last ten years, Debbie has presented to thousands of employees, leaders, and clients at various sized companies and organizations.
- She is a professional member of the National Speakers Association and Women’s Speakers Association
- Debbie is a published author, with her book, Clarity: How Smart Professionals Create Career Success on Their Terms available on Amazon
- She serves on the board of ATHENA International, a global organization committed to supporting, developing and honoring women leaders from the classroom to the boardroom.
