CMSM 2020 Virtual National Assembly 

Welcome!

Thank you for registering for the 2020 Virtual National Assembly for the Conference of Major Superiors of Men. Registration is open to CMSM members and (for Aug. 4) invited guests. You will receive a confirmation after registering, and links to join the Assembly approximately one week in advance. 

Cost
Registration is $49. Registration fees will be donated by CMSM to one or more religious Conferences struggling to respond to the impact of COVID-19 in their nation. Registration is non-refundable.

• Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2-4:30 p.m. (eastern time zone)
  Keynote Presenters, Panel, and Discussion
  (for CMSM members and CMSM guests; guests must use the registration code provided by CMSM)

• Wednesday, Aug. 5, 2-4:30 p.m. (eastern time)
  Business Meeting & Election of President-elect
  (CMSM members only)
  

A confirmation email will be sent when you register. Then, approximately one week prior to the Assembly, you will receive an email with the link(s) to join the Assembly online. 

Proxy Voting (proxy notifications are due by July 28, 2020)

If a major superior is NOT able to vote on Aug. 5, he may designate a proxy to represent his institute by

1. Using this registration form OR
2. Notifying CMSM via mail or email. Send a signed note that says [name] is designated to serve as my proxy for voting during the CMSM National Assembly. Email to tsouthard@cmsm.org or mail to CMSM Proxy, 7300 Hanover Dr., Suite 304, Greenbelt, MD 20770.
