Cultivating Community in a time of Social Distancing

...& why you need community for your business’ survival!

2020 has definitely been a challenging time for us as small business owners and entrepreneurs. I don’t know about you, but I sure do know that whatever the ‘New Normal’ turns out to be, we’re still going to be responsible for marketing our businesses and generating sales.

Building community has never been more important to our business’s survival and yet requires us to ‘connect’ while being ‘distant’. It can be done! And YOU can do it!

Are you ready to stand apart from all of the noise and have your ideal customers find you, look forward to hearing from you AND PURCHASING FROM YOU?

In the spirit of Dig Your Well Before You’re Thirsty, Harvey Mackay’s best-selling book on relationship-building, many of us find ourselves in need of a well in a time when many are not just thirsty but completely parched. Businesses have shuttered. Small business owners and entrepreneurs have returned to the 9-to-5 workforce. But that doesn’t have to be our reality.

Without a solid base of loyal customers ready and willing to purchase from us, even in a time of economic uncertainty and fear, many find ourselves wondering where to turn next to generate income in our business.

Whether in the long- or short-term, people purchase from businesses and people who they know, like and trust. In this highly interactive workshop participants will learn:

  • How to create a community of loyal, rabid fans--aka YOUR tribe--who trust you and want to purchase from you
  • How to market and sell in these times without looking or feeling salesy or smarmy or guilty
  • Specific tools to implement for staying top of mind with your ideal client--whether the economy is in a time of boom or bust
  • Tips on pivoting and expanding without alienating existing customers

This workshop includes a complimentary comprehensive “What’s In It For Me” Event Intention & Accountability Worksheet that can be used to identify and execute your next steps for creating success in your business.

Costs: $15 payable at time of registration.
