About the presenter:

           

Joe Dunn CAWC, CPDM, CCMP, SIP, is a Claims Service Manager and insurance expert from Pan America/Relation Insurance Services with more than 18 years of experience assisting employers with resolving workers’ compensation claims. He develops and implements innovative cost containment programs, such as litigation management and early reporting, and has also trained and advised claims adjustors throughout his career on professional tips to handle workers’ compensation claims more effectively.

                       

What to expect of this webinar: 

An introduction to insurance and treatment costs and workers’ compensation, from reporting a workplace injury, through claims management and resolution. This webinar will give employers a rare insight into the myriad responsibilities surrounding workers’ compensation claims, and go through the best practices that can help employers navigate the process most efficiently and effectively.
