Americans now spend 93% of their time indoors and stimulated by electronics. Many times, we are more of human "doings" instead of human beings. Time in nature helps us to relax, lower stress and anxiety levels. By opening our senses, we can bridge the gap between our busy lives and the natural world. You will need a watch or phone for a timer.
