The long awaited and requested course is here! David Timber returns with a case study. David has prepared a detailed case study of how project management principles and best practices were applied to a major project. David will walk participants through the whole implementation process from start to a successful finish. This truly will delineate best practices in project planning and implementation for facility managers.
Our Instructor:
David L. Timber has served as supervising project manager for the Department of General Services of San Diego County. He has more than 20 years of experience in public facilities and project management. His recent project, Fallbrook Library, won San Diego Architectural Foundation’s 2011 People’s Choice Orchid Award. He is a member of IFMA (named 2011 Member of the Year), CSHE, CMAA & PMI. David continues to be an instructor in project and facility management at UCSD’s College of Extended Studies. He holds a master's in public administration, received a Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) and is LEED AP certified.
