Please join us for a joint webinar featuring representatives from the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and SCORE.
The SBA will share information on federal programs and services, including the Paycheck Protection Program, Economic Injury Disaster Loan, standard SBA loan programs, federal contracting programs, small business webinar trainings, and one-on-one business counseling at no cost.
SCORE will present an overview on their “SCORE 101 Success Starts Here” training module. The presentation will cover the myths and realities of entrepreneurship, critical success factors for start-ups, components of business ownership, and business planning and resources during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The webinar will include a Q & A session after each presentation.
About the Speakers
Janelle Green from the SBA’s Sacramento District Office economic development team will deliver SBA’s presentation. Created in 1953, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is the only cabinet-level federal agency fully dedicated to small businesses and provides counseling, capital, and contracting expertise as the nation’s only go-to resource and voice for small businesses.
Linda Marks is a certified SCORE mentor and workshop counselor. Linda has over 15 years’ experience in business, information technology, and consulting. SCORE is an SBA Resource Partner and provides business mentoring, workshops, and educational resources.
