Speaker: Yuan-Sing Chang, Intero CommercialYuan-Sing Chang has been in commercial real estate starting from 2001 and started out with BT Commercial specializing in retail and office leasing/sales in the Bay Area. Yuan is also a LEED accredited professional and was involved with the first LEED certified hotel in California. Yuan has represented many tenants including: Red Ribbon Bakery, Taste of China, Randstadt , Kumon, Foxconn, Boiling Point, Kimco, Hilton Garden, Holiday Inn, and many others. Yuan is also the president for CAREA the Chinese American Real Estate Association from 2018-2020. Yuan is affiliated with Loopnet and Costar. He speaks fluent Mandarin. |

Currently selling at Metro Crossing (a master plan community with over 600 condos) in Fremont. Annual sales volume averaged consistently over $45 million. Previously, Eunice has been involved in the rezoning, development, marketing & leasing of Asian shopping centers - Milpitas Square – anchored by Ranch 99 and Mayflower Restaurant, leasing & marketing for Cupertino Village - anchored by Ranch 99. At the same time, helped clients with 1031 exchanges and sold commercial retail centers and single tenant/NNN properties such as IHOP, Applebee’s, Walgreen, Rite Aids, Jack in the Box etc. |
