This program discusses: The presentation will focus on updating the current case law involving the admissibility of SPECT scans in the litigation of claims involving traumatic brain injuries and what has worked to keep SPECT scan evidence from being admitted into evidence.
Power Point Presentation will provide information on cases from 2018 – 2020 in Colorado and other jurisdictions who have litigated the admissibility of SPECT scans and how the defense presented their arguments against its admissibility, and the arguments presented from plaintiff’s counsel.
I will provide recommendations for attacking the admissibility of SPECT scans in TBI cases based on the experience of other defense counsel from the cases covered.
