Bruschetta, Zucchini Pasta with Pesto, and Lavender Cookies!
Packed with Fun & Flavor!

Join BJ to make a summery feast!

For starters- homemade bruschetta of tomatoes and ricotta on a fresh baguette.
For the main event, Zucchini Pasta with Green Pesto: This dish is full of fresh farm flavors, and the spiralized Zucchini takes the place of the traditional Pasta. If you have a spiralizer, great. If not, make Zucchini Ribbons with a potato peeler! Our pesto is made with greens like kale, baby spinach, p
arsley, and cilantro and tossed with sunflower seeds, rather than nuts, and grated parm cheese.
For dessert, our legendary lavender cookies!

We are partnerting with Lexington Community Farm for this fun dinner series. All are welcome to join us. Most of the ingredients will be available in the LexFarm weekly CSA and we encourage you to shop the farmstand for the rest. If you are not a member, you can shop the farmstand individually for the ingredients! Menu is subject to ingredient availability and may change slightly.
