Enliven Mindfulness for You and Your Clients
Featuring: Henry Lauer, LCSW
When: 1:00pm – 4:30pm
Purpose
Many people expect they'll have a hard time learning how to practice mindfulness. This training offers a variety of (sometimes playful) mindfulness activities, practices, games, and metaphors that you can use to enliven mindfulness for you and your clients. We will explore some helpful ways of thinking about mindfulness as well as the value of personal practice and of understanding mindfulness's historical and cultural context.
