Join the ladies of PLAN for a 3 part wellness series in which we will move with yoga, be mindful with meditation and master new information while earning CLE credit!
PART 1: MOVE
August 19th from 4:00 CST - 5:30 CST
MOVE, our first part, will begin with a 45-minute gentle yoga class suitable for all levels. The class will be led by Kimberly LaBounty, who has more than 500 hours of instruction and teaching. Please wear comfortable yoga or casual clothing. Yoga class will be followed by 45 minutes of networking, so have your favorite beverage ready!
PART 2: MIND
September 16th from 4:00 CST - 5:30 CST
MIND, our second part of the series will feature a 30-minute guided meditation led by Darrell Jones, an approachable, calming certified meditation teacher with Chill Co. Please wear comfortable clothing. Join us for an hour of networking following the presentation.
PART 3: MASTER
October 21st from 4:00 CST - 5:30 CST
MASTER, our final part of the series will feature an hour-long CLE presentation led by Shannon Bell of Kelly Law Partners, LLC. Shannon will discuss boilerplate clauses in contracts, and how these often-overlooked terms can have a significant impact on litigation. The presentation will address choice of law, venue selection, and arbitration provisions, as well as COVID’s impact on force majeure clauses. Join us for 30 minutes of networking following the presentation.
