 Behavioral Supports in the Workplace

Webinar Description

The purpose of this webinar is to provide an overview of behavioral supports that can be provided to improve outcomes of individuals with disabilities in employment settings.  This presentation will provide approaches for identifying potential functions of problem behaviors and identifying strategies for preventing and responding to behavioral challenges when they do occur. Participants will learn strategies for identifying appropriate behavioral and technology-based supports based on the needs of the employee, employment setting, and requirements of the job. The focus will be on supporting the needs of individuals with ASD and/or ID using supports that encourage communication, independence, and well-being while on the job.
