KZA WEBINAR:

The ADA Turns Thirty: Lessons Learned from the COVID-19 Pandemic

Join Kamer Zucker Abbott's Managing Partner, Scott Abbott, for an hour-long webinar focusing on employer obligations under the ADA and how the COVID-19 global pandemic has affected those obligations.

Mr. Abbott will address a multitude of ADA issues impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, including remote work arrangements, temperature checks and other health screening measures, and face coverings.  The pandemic has compelled employers to adapt to rapidly-changing directives and guidance issued by state and local governments, OSHA and the CDC.  Against this backdrop of changing developments, many employers now have to confront how to return employees safely to work, how to handle those employees who are unable or unwilling to return to work, and how to deal with employees who may have been exposed to or tested positive for the virus.  All of these issues have significant ADA implications, and employers must know them.

The webinar presentation starts promptly at 11:00 AM.

Once registered, you will receive an e-mail for the link and meeting ID from GoToWebinar. You will need these to access the webinar.
