CareKinesis Clinical Advisory Panel Virtual Meeting 

On behalf of Drs. Calvin Knowlton and Orsula Knowlton and the entire CareKinesis team, it is our pleasure to invite you to participate in the Virtual Clinical Advisory Panel (CAP) for PACE Medical Directors on Thursday, September 17, 2020.

All PACE medical directors working with one or more CareVention HealthCare (CVHC) service units (Capstone, PeakTPA, CareVention Consulting, and Cognify|Mediture) are invited to participate in this live-streamed event. The meeting will feature educational sessions and discussions that may inform development of our clinical decision support tools and related Medication Risk Mitigation initiatives. We are confident you will find value in the presentations and peer discussions. The event will conclude with an optional virtual wine tasting event hosted by the Drs. Knowlton.

Attendees will earn up to 3.5 hours of Category CME credit (pending approval) - 2.5 live/virtual and 1 for the e-learning module. In addition to registering for the CAP meeting, you must also click on the checkbox on the registration form to enroll in the e-learning module, Competitive Inhibition Burden.
Registration is complimentary. CareKinesis will compensate one attendee per PACE organization for their participation in the amount of $1,000. Payment options will be in the following forms:

• A check made out in your name.
• A donation to your PACE organization.
• A donation to the charity of your choice.

To receive your packet of meeting materials in time, register for the CAP by Thursday, September 10. If you would like to attend the virtual wine tasting, you will need to register by Friday, September 4, to ensure wine delivery prior to the event.
