Welcome to 11th Annual Men of Armor  "Turkey Bowl" Flag Football Tournaments!

While we are at capacity "team wise" and don't have room for additional teams, if you do not already have a team but still want to play, we do have some free agency availability. You can register and we will try to place you on a team that is looking for players. If we are not able to place you on a team, we will refund your registration fee.

Date & Time- Saturday, Nov. 7th, 2020 in Cary, NC!

We are grateful to Colonial Baptist Church for allowing us to use their fields for the day! 

***Important***- There are two tournaments being held.

• 1st Tourney- Men ages 30+ years old, kickoff @ 9am (there will be 2 divisions, less competitve and more competitive). Drivers license/identification card will be required at Game Day "check-In". 
• 2nd Tourney- Men ages 18+ years old, kickoff @ 3pm. Evening games will be played "under lights". (If we have at least 16 teams, there will be 2 divisions, less competitive and more competitive)

Tournament Structure:

• Up to 20 teams for AM Tournament and 20 teams for PM Tournament
• Team play is 7 v 7 (10+ men per team is suggested)
• Each team will play 3 games each regardless of win/loss record. Championship game will be played at the end of each tournament. 
• 5 fields of simultaneous game play- each field is a round-robin of four teams. Best two records in each division play in a championship game (least points allowed is record tie-breaker, if still tied, canned food collected is then deciding factor). 

Age Groups:

• AM Tourney- Men ages 30+ years old (this tournament is ONLY for men 30 years and older). To keep things fair, Drivers License/Indeficaiton Card will be required at Game Day "check in" to verify age.  
• PM Tourney- Men ages 18+ years old (30+ guys can play in this PM/younger division)

Game Specifics:

• Games will be 30 minutes (running clock)
• Field length is ~70 yards

Cost:

• Early Bird Registration: $15/player uthrough 9/20/2020
• Regular Registration: $20/player (9/21/2020 through "GAME DAY" Nov 7)
• Includes Chick-fil-A sandwich, bag of chips, and sports drink. 
• Includes "Turkey Bowl" game t-shirt (teams will be assigned 1 of 4 colors, TBD). We can only guarantee a t-shirt if you register prior to 10/20/20. 

Other:

• Business Sponsorship Opportunities- This is a great venue to target men and families. Once again, we expect ~400 men and their respective families to be in attendance. Company logo on t-shirt, signage displays, and public recongnition opportunties are available. If interested, contact chad@menofarmor.com 
• Volunteers Needed (food and t-shirt will be provided for all those volunteering on Nov 2). As it takes many people to run the tournament, here are the volunteer options that are listed in the below registration link:

Thursday (Nov 5) "light tower placement" 5:00pm

  Friday (Nov 6) morning field "lining" 8:30am

Saturday "Tourney Day" (Nov 7) AM Tourney (7am - 2pm)- Registration check-in, Handing out game-shirts, Handing out CFA food, clean-up.
