As the summer ends and we begin a new academic year, it's a good time to assess how we approach our institutions. This roundtable invites participants to think about how academics of color can survive and thrive in predominantly white spaces. Faculty of color and allies are invited to think with each other about the lessons of the summer.

The workshop will be convened by Prof. Cyra Akila Choudhury and the format will be a conversation among faculty colleagues. No advance preparation is necessary.
