Course Description

Situational awareness is vital in the workplace. Individuals who are unable to: adapt to change, practice mindfulness, understand their audience, or believe that one style fits all, will fall short in today’s dynamic business environment. This program will give all attendees a general understanding of their dominant communication style and teach them to successfully adapt to any situation they are in by recognizing the most appropriate approach and using it to bring about positive outcomes.
