This week we have lemon garlic sea scallops, bacon and spinach stuffed pork tenderloin, turkey meatloaf, and eggplant stuffed with quinoa, almonds,raisins, and olives. The sides are summer pasta salad, oven brown potato, roasted broccoli , mixed green salad, or chicken rice soup.
