Virtual SJCOE Climate Change Summit | September 26, 2020 | 8:00 A.M. - 2:15 P.M.

Learn from scientific experts about climate change to support your teaching of this complex topic. Guest speakers from Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, UC Davis, The Scripps Institution of Oceanography in San Diego, and Jet Propulsion Laboratory / CalTech will present about the science of climate change. Grade band specific breakout sessions will provide a chance for educators to share ideas on implementation.

SJCOE Climate Change Summit is part of the Region 6 Environmental Literacy Community of Practice (ELCoP) funded by CELP. We would like to extend an invitation to educators outside of the ELCoP to join us for the SJCOE Climate Change Summit. You do not have to be a part of the ELCoP to participate in this summit.
