Agenda:

11 a.m.: Welcome and short keynote by Alan Cranford and Dean West

11:30 a.m.: Classroom breakouts (there will be 5-minute breaks in between each question)

Each topic area will address four questions, with 25 minutes for discussion on each:

Given the issues impacting the water and wastewater profession, what are the most substantial issues that are unique to this industry and what will be the impacts on water professional certification and certifying bodies?
Given the issues and impacts identified, what opportunities or challenges exist for certifying bodies and industry leaders that are unique to the water and wastewater industry?
What are potential roles for ABC to help you and your organization over the next three years, given what you described? How can ABC provide greater value?
