Skilled Touch Training (STP):
Touch feedback from an instructor is essential to the core content of this class. Face-to-face skilled touch training will be provided by a Skilled Touch Practitioner (STP). See below to ensure an STP is in your area. Your instructor will confirm and verify the availibility of a Skilled Touch Practitioner for you.

Missy Grace Oleaga, LMT is a certified Soul Lightening Practitioner, Instructor, and Reiki Master. She has practiced bodywork and energy therapies since 1992 and has enjoyed teaching and sharing her work with others. She had an active practice in Princeton, NJ for years, taught at CHI in Phila., Bucks Co. Comm. College and The Professional School of Massage in Langhorne, PA . She has been teaching SL Acupressure since 2002. Resides in Bucks Co. PA where she teaches and sees clients.
Alvina Quatrano
Alvina Quatrano L.M.T. has been practicing since 1991. She is a registered and approved provider with NCBTMB and FL offering trainings to individuals, couples, groups and schools. She created the Art of Holistic Massage (AOHMassage) On-Line and Hands-On Series. www.AOHMassage.com Alvina makes her home in Naples FL which is a favorite destination for hands-on classes. Alvina has been with Soul Lightening since 1998, teaching since 2004.
Both Missy and Alvina teach Soul Lightening Foundation level classes, Acupressure for Anyone series and advanced CA level classes.
Process Acupressure 1A: Foundations
Process Acupressure (PA) is a simple, yet profound, holistic method that combines traditional acupressure (to a fully-clothed body) with a process approach to consciousness. It facilitates healing and the natural growth process that arises from within the individual. Process skills are taught that facilitate clarity-in mind, emotions, and spirit. Soul centered development is emphasized. Although acupressure is a lifelong study, this course will empower you to work effectively with energy flow in the body including both meridians and chakras, toward greater balance. You will learn tools that give you confidence. PA can be used alone for self-help or easily given to another. It can also be combined with another body modality. For example, our work with the Great Central Channel strengthens the energetic pathway of the spine and is an excellent complement to Acupuncture, Chiropractic, CranioSacral Therapy, Massage Therapy, rehab modalities, and more.
In this course you will learn:
+ a simple but powerful acupressure method to balance body energy
+ how to combine bodywork with psychological-spiritual process skills
+ how to empower self and client toward greater understanding and responsibility for health and growth
+ to focus health and development in the most fundamental strength and wisdom of one’s own soul
+ how to use the skills on yourself to further your own growth
Note: This is one of our two Foundation courses. The other is Clinical Acupressure 1: Basic Applications.
There are no pre-requisites for this class.

Ensure a Skilled Touch Practitioner is available
1. Please view the list below to make sure there is a Skilled Touch Practitioner (STP) available near your area or in a place where you are willing to travel.
2. Face-to-face skilled touch training must occur within 12 weeks of the scheduled class.
3. The instructor will confirm and verify the availability of a STP for you. In the event that your instructor is unable to verify the availability of a STP a full refund will be issued.
