2020 Third Coast

My fellow 928 owners & party goers, this year has been difficult to say the least, and this will effect our upcoming event in a number of ways.

Due to Covid regulations, we are unable to secure reservations for large groups at any of the local restaurants. Therefore, we ask that you coordinate among yourselves, and split up into groups of 10 or less and visit any of the local restaurants adjacent to the Hotel or within Marble Falls itself. This will apply to Friday and Saturday night dinner.

Our event venue is at the Hampton Inn On The Lake, Marble Falls, Texas. Get in and check-in early then head on over to Chili's patio next door before 3p to enjoy a cocktail or two with the early arrivals. Third coast is located in the picturesque and very popular Hill Country. A fun and relaxing get away with something for everyone.

There is no registration fee, but a headcount is needed for tours and the Show & Shine Cookout on Sunday.

Event TShirts are free to Porsche 928 Owners who attend the event. Additional TShirts are $15 each (includes tax), and can be purchased on the registration page, and on our website.

Friday, November 6th
1p - 3p - Refreshments & Chill on Chili's patio next door to Hotel

Dinner will be on your own at any time, any place this evening.

After Dinner join the 928 owners in the lower parking lot of the Hampton Inn for Wine, Stogies and lots of car talk.

Saturday, November 7th

7:30a - (maybe earlier) Mandatory Driver's Meeting. Group - Lunch - on the Road.

COTA Tour: 7:30a - (maybe earlier) Mandatory Driver's Meeting. Group - Lunch - on the Road. *You MUST Purchase your own ticket.

COTA Tour: 2020 U.S. Vintage National Championship, A SpeedTour Event at Circuit of the Americas. Saturday is the Hagerty Show & Shine and Concourse. Track opens at 8am so this tour will leave extra early to arrive on time. Tickets online at the link below are $30 in advance and $35 at the door.

WINE / DISTILLERIES Tour: You will visit 3 or 4 very picturesque popular wineries and/or distilleries in the Hill Country.

Get with a group with similar interests and head out for a day of fun.

Sign up for a group at registration. You can change at any time.

6pm - Dinner on your own, first come first serve at many local restaurants. No reservations can be made for groups at this time due to Covid mitigation standards by state and city. Chili's, River City Grill are next door and Doc's Grill is across the street.

Sunday, November 8th

928 Show & Shine at the Hampton Inn Parking Lot

Sunday Show & Shine will be held in the lower parking lot of the Hampton Inn.

An early BBQ lunch will be provided.

Special Note
*Masks should always be worn indoors. 6' social distancing rules apply for all gatherings.

*Weather is always questionable. You might be in shorts in the morning, rainboots and umbrellas in the afternoon, and jackets & gloves in the evening. It's Texas. Plan for anything & everything.

*BRING a 2-way radio for all group drives.

*Join a driving group from your area on the way to Marble Falls and drive safely.
