Diversity & Inclusion is a hot topic lately!! Diversity is a given: we have plenty of it wherever we go. Inclusion is the part we can all work on more proactively. Inclusion starts with empathy, and empathy is born from listening and understanding. Collectively we will brainstorm ways we can all foster inclusion everywhere we go.
