Timbers Streetscape Tree Trimming 2020 

Four Peaks is offering a promotional tree trimming discount to residents of the Timbers neighborhood.  This promotional offer is an optional service that includes the trimming of your streetscape tree.

The objective will be to reduce the potential hazardous condition of trees and improve tree structure by

1. Elevating the tree canopy by removing limbs obstructing roads and sidewalks.
2. Remove crossing and dead branches.
3. Thinning the tree canopy.

Up to 30% of the tree canopy will be removed with the priority being roadside and sidewalk clearance. Structural pruning and thinning of the canopy will be done if they have not pruned 30% of the tree. If 30% of the pruning is needed at the street and sidewalk level, the structural or canopy thinning will be minimal. 

If you choose to participate in this promotion the cost is $125.00 per tree and payment is required at the time of registration. 

Registration closes on Wednesday, September 30.  Trimming will begin mid-October and be completed by month's end.  Resident does not need to be home at the time of service.  

Front yard trees and tree removal are not included or available with this promotion.
