Creating a Listing on Amazon

In this workshop which is the second of a four-part series, you’ll take a deep dive into the components of a product listing. Creating a well written product listing gives shoppers everything they need to feel confident in their purchasing decision.  You’ll learn technical specs for creating listings, best practices for effective communication with your customers, and we’ll review tools for effective formatting.  There will be a live Q&A session with Amazon to help you create compelling product listings.

 This class will cover :

  • How to match to an existing listing or create a new one
  • Tools to help create large catalogs using templates or automation
  • A review of style guide components including titles, images, descriptions, and variations
  • Best practices for tagging keywords

Instructor: Jennifer Kuznicki

Jennifer Kuznicki leads the Small Business Academy initiative, which focuses on providing tools, programs, education, and advocacy for the millions of small businesses that work with Amazon. The Small Business Academy provides educational content for all small businesses and aspiring entrepreneurs interested in working and growing with Amazon, including retailers, authors, artisans, service providers, software developers, delivery drivers and more. Amazon Small Business Academy strives to make this content more approachable and available to businesses on their terms and in their learning style.

Kuznicki has been in client and employee education for 15 years. Her focus is creating straight-forward and engaging training solutions to help learners progress on their journey. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Kent State University.
