Fulfillment, Customer Service, and Reviews on Amazon

In this workshop which is the third of a four-part series, you’ll take a look at what happens after the sale.  You’ll evaluate different fulfillment programs, customer service best practices, how to learn from reviews, and how to keep customer trust by encouraging honest reviews.  There will be a live Q&A session with Amazon to help you understand how to evaluate options and provide a great customer experience.

 This class will cover :

  • Evaluating warehousing and fulfillment options
  • How online customer service compares to in person
  • Best practices for supporting customers when something goes wrong
  • Improving your listings from feedback
  • Helping ensure review integrity
