This virtual seminar will provide a background in the fundamentals of customer load data analysis for the beginning level analyst as well as users of customer load data. The course consists of intensive, up to date instruction in fundamental topics of load research plus problem solving exercises. The instructors will include senior practitioners and consultants from across the country. This year the course has been moved to an online setting and will include additional hands-on practical application with its instructors which include Ken Christie (CLECO), Craig Williamson (DNV-GL), and Donna Hendrix (Duke Energy). They offer a wealth of knowledge and bring over 90 years of combined experience in the field of load research to share with seminar participants. The seminar is designed to provide a broad fundamental understanding of all aspects of customer load data analysis. Beginning load researchers will benefit from the introduction of concepts and techniques of load research. Marketers, Planners, Rate Design Analysts, and Cost-of-Service Analysts will also benefit from this introduction to the techniques of load research.
The cost of the seminar includes a copy of the Third Edition of the AEIC’s Load Research Manual.
Once registered for the course, specific agenda topics and schedule will be provided as part of a calendar invitation for each session.
