Please join us for the first (!) Bucks County Taste Dinner Club VIRTUAL event.
I was getting tired of waiting for things to get back to normal (whatever that is). Since many folks are still a little cautious about eating out, I thought, why not bring great food into your home? This is going to be a blast.
About the food. We first had dinner at Solstice in early March and were really impressed. An interesting, creative menu, focused on seasonality, fresh ingredients combined with warm, superb service and a beautiful, chic dining room and bar. "Welcome to Bucks County!" I thought happily, "We've got to do a dinner club event here." Then, five days later, the lockdown began.
Solstice was one of the first restaurants to reopen in June. In addition to having a lovely patio for outdoor dining, they were also going above and beyond in their COVID precautions. We were impressed, again. Temps are taken upon arriving. Staff wears masks, of course, but also different colored gloves - white for anyone who is serving food and dark for any staff who removes used dishes from the table. That's going the extra mile.
How will this work?
Simple. On the afternoon of the event, you'll pick up your prepared dinner at Solstice. Then, at 7 pm, we'll all Zoom in together for a great meal and experience including:
