This project is led by the Iowa Alliance for Healthy Kids, a group of partners working with Sesame Street in Communities to promote social-emotional well-being of young kids. Support from the Kellogg Foundation and Mid-Iowa Health Foundation and project coordination by Iowa ACEs 360 is helping bring this initiative to our regioin!
