Parent Discussion Group:
Tools for Resilience and Well-Being
Conversation, reflection and concrete strategies to help parents understand SPARK principles more fully and apply them within their families
- Free group offered by SPARK Kindness for parents/caregivers of elementary-aged children.
- Facilitated by early childhood educator and Natick mom, Laura McCarthy, M.A.
- An opportunity to explore topics addressed in SPARK programming (resilience, empathy, stress reduction) while making connections with other parents.
- Group is limited to 12 participants to allow for discussion and connection. Registration will close automatically when the group is full. Email Laura at lmccarthy@sparkkindness.org to be placed on the waitlist.
