Rich Nailling is a Digital Media entrepreneur and Angel Investor. As CEO of Free All Media, Richard built this ad-supported music download startup (FreeAllMusic) through its seed and Series A rounds, securing and delivering innovative Facebook engagement campaigns for top-level clients like American Express, Coca-Cola, and Budweiser.  His Los Angeles-based Mulholland Media was one of the two founding companies that merged to form Atlanta-based iXL, an Internet professional services firm, which went public in 1999 with 3,300 employees.

He then joined former iXL colleagues at Atlanta-based Studiocom to diversify the Interactive shop's client base and prepare the company for its eventual acquisition in 2005 by London-based WPP Group plc (“WPP”).  He was a founding board advisor for Atlanta-based mobile developer MOVL.com which was sold to Samsung USA in April 2013.  Rich served for two years as Lead Entrepreneur in residence (EIR) at The Advanced Technology Development Center (ATDC) at Georgia Tech, where he coached tech startups and worked with Angel and Institutional investors, industry partners, and managed the EIR program.

He is currently a Mentor for SCORE, the nation’s largest network of business mentors.  He is also a volunteer EIR at the Curiosity Lab incubator in Peachtree Corners.  In early 2019 he became a volunteer Community Educator for the Alzheimer’s Association of Georgia.

He and his wife, Janet Schoff, have two children—Elizabeth (27), is a Social-Worker in Atlanta, and Rex (25), is a Lieutenant in the U.S. Army.
