The new normal has shaken up our services and tested how we connect with patrons. Join us to swap ideas and share what topics you’d like to learn more about in the next year. How have your marketing and outreach efforts changed? What’s working for your library? What’s challenging right now? Plus, we’ll share three newsletters to inspire your marketing efforts.

Interest Group Facilitator: Rachel Cook

Rachel Cook is the Marketing and Public Relations Manager at the Alachua County Library District, where she oversees marketing campaigns, advertising, and media relations. A lifelong library lover, she joined ACLD in 2019 after working as a director, sales manager, editor, and reporter at newspapers in three states and serving as a communications consultant in Cambodia. She is constantly learning from and awed by her library colleagues. She loves creating and testing new marketing strategies and tools.

Cost: NEFLIN Interest Groups are free of charge and are open to NEFLIN members only. Registration is strongly encouraged.
