Abbreviated review of all basic exercises on all apparatus, including PRE Pilates, including modifications, and enhancements for special populations.
This workshop will qualify as Continuing Education* for The New York Pilates Studio® Teacher Certification Program. Attendance will qualify as credits towards Continuing Education Requirements as listed below:
• 1 day attendance = 8 CEUs Cost $175
*System Workshops may only be attended by Pilates Instructors certified through the United States Pilates Association® LLC and The New York Pilates Studio® Teacher Certification Program.

All Workshops and Continuing Education Seminars are subject to cancellation and/or rescheduling based upon attendance or other circumstances at the discretion of the U.S.P.A. ®. Any individual who has paid for continuing education credits will be refunded their payment in the event of cancellation or rescheduling.
U.S.P.A.® Certified Instructors may attend Workshops offered at any U.S.P.A.® Teacher Certification Center but shall only be given Continuing Education credits when said attendance is paid for in accordance with U.S.P.A.® published rates.
