This afternoon we will explore and enjoy various elements of Cajun culture including:

• a Cajun cooking class with Jeanne Clifford (2-3pm)

• a "culture corner" on the history/traditions/influences of the Cajun community by Mitch Reed (3:10-3:55)

• dance demo and instruction with Michelle Kaminsky and Alan Bradbury of Magnolia Cajun Band (4:00-4:20)

• a set of traditional Cajun dance hall music with Christine Balfa, Dirk Powell, and Courtney Granger (4:20-5:00)
